Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
How long does the free plan last?
There is no time limit. You only need to move up when you hit the member or storage ceiling.
What happens when I run out of storage?
The store keeps selling. You just can't upload new images or files until you clear space or move up a plan.
Can the free plan call the API?
Yes. The API, SDK and CLI are identical across all three plans. Only the usage limits differ.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Products, orders and customers can be exported at any time, including after you stop using EcomWeb.
