Can I change plans partway through?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades and downgrades take effect as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not picked a plan, the store moves to the Free plan. It keeps selling and keeps all of its data. You can pick a paid plan whenever you like.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The products and images you already have keep selling as usual. You just cannot add more until you clear some out or upgrade.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that the store moves to the Free plan.
Can the Free plan use the API?
Yes. The API, SDK and CLI are the same on every plan.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export products and inventory at any time. Orders and customers export as CSV from the reports.
